No good = good for you

Many times what is displeasing for my mouth (comfort zone) is pleasing for my future, we are in many ways a sweet tooth people, we want only what is desirable ( what we love, admire, enjoy) and we tend to forget that many times it is the least tasteful things in life that give us a strong stomach, that means those with a strong stomach handle life better than the sweet tooth people

I have learned to appreciate the difficult times that I need to face on life's short journey, these tough times have become like friends to me and I have come to know that without these situations I would be a person with no backbones or real personality, everyone seems to be happy when the going is good, but where are the smiles when things are not what they should be, you should be the smile in the middle of troublesome times, why because you have developed character and backbone to handle things when other can not, I do not shy away from trouble, learn to handle it and then help others to do likewise

Do not quench the Spirit

Let's be clear on a few things, the HOLY SPIRIT has been aptly name HOLY SPIRIT because if you truly relate to the Holy spirit as intended you will be converted from a sinful lifestyle to a godly lifestyle, the Holy Spirit will do exactly that if you work with Him, He will make you holy

1Co 6:8-11 NKJV  No, you yourselves do wrong and cheat, and you do these things to your brethren!  (9)  Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,  (10)  nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.  (11)  And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

1Co 6:19-20 NKJV  Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?  (20)  For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

The Holy Spirit is given to us when we except Christ as savior and He wants to dwell in our heart to establish us as a new creation, we are born anew and from within

New creation (born again)

2Co 5:17-21 NKJV  Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  (18)  Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,  (19)  that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.  (20)  Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.  (21)  For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Joh 14:26-27 AMP  But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.  (27)  Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]

Joh 1:12 AMP  But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name--[Isa. 56:5.]

Fill our hearts and cast out fear

Rom 15:13 NKJV  Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

2Co 7:1 NKJV  Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Rom 8:15 NKJV  For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."

2Ti 1:7 NKJV  For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
